Tasting Notes

Notes of ripe pear, gala apple, and subtle lemon zest are accented by a gentle hint of minerality. On the palate, it reveals a luscious blend of stone fruits and citrus that feels both bright and focused. A creamy texture emerges naturally from the concrete aging, balancing the wine’s vibrant acidity. The finish is clean and refreshing, leaving a lasting impression of purity and finesse.

Vintage Notes

The 2023 growing season in the Okanagan Valley unfolded against the backdrop of a distinctive year defined by early bud break and favourable spring conditions. The mild temperatures at the start of the season encouraged uniform shoot growth and healthy canopy development across the vineyards. As summer progressed, the region experienced a warm and dry stretch that proved ideal for grape maturation. Consistent sunshine and moderate to warm daytime temperatures allowed for steady ripening, while cooler nights helped retain natural acidity.
