Deep ruby in colour, this blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of black cherry, plum, and cassis layered with hints of dried herbs and cedar. The palate is structured yet approachable, with plush fruit lifted by aromatics, spice, and firm tannins that add depth. A long balanced finish showcases dark fruit and subtle oak accents.
Vintage Notes
The 2023 growing season in the Okanagan Valley was marked by a distinctive climate pattern, beginning with an early bud break and followed by a warm, dry summer. These ideal conditions created an excellent environment for fruit development, allowing grapes to ripen fully and evenly. Consistent sunshine and moderate to warm temperatures throughout the season contributed to optimal grape maturation across the vineyards.
