Tasting Notes

Inviting aromas of ripe apricot, honeysuckle, and vanilla are accented by a hint of toasted almond. The palate is broad and creamy, revealing layers of juicy peach, golden honey, and warm baking spice. Bright acidity provides balance and freshness, leading to a long, lingering finish woven with gentle spice.

Vintage Notes

The 2025 growing season began two weeks earlier than average, following a warm, sunny spring that provided ideal conditions for canopy growth and berry development. Early summer heat waves were followed by a balanced mix of warm days and cool nights, supporting steady ripening throughout the season. An unusually high number of thunderstorms brought periods of heat and humidity, but careful vineyard management maintained clean, healthy vines. The season progressed smoothly, leading to one of the earliest harvests on record.
