The 2024 growing season in Washington State was marked by a warm, dry spring that encouraged early bud break and uniform flowering across vineyards. Summer brought consistent warmth with minimal heat spikes, allowing for steady grape development and balanced ripening. Irrigation was key throughout the dry months, helping maintain vine health. The absence of major weather extremes, such as late frosts or excessive heat, contributed to an overall smooth growing season.
