Tasting Notes
Fruity aromas of raspberry, red plum, are followed by subtle herbal notes. Aged in French oak barrels, it reveals layers of vanilla and spice that complement its bright fruit character. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and flavors of juicy red berries and a touch of earthiness.
Vintage Notes
The 2022 vintage began with a brisk, damp spring, heralding one of the Okanagan Valley’s coolest years in two decades. Summer followed with typical temperatures and rainfall. This combination led to an exceptionally late harvest, a rare event for the region. The resulting fruit boasted heightened acidity and vibrant, fresh flavours.
