The fruits are joined by honey on the palate with hints of tropical fruit. A long, lingering finish is accented with hints of buttered toast, almond, and dried figs on the finish.

If you want to serve it with a dessert, it is best to avoid very sweet foods, nothing sweeter than the Icewine.
