Golden Mile Bench

Bright aromas of ripe peach and apricot are laced with delicate hints of honeysuckle and a touch of spice. On the palate, juicy stone fruits meet a rich and creamy texture with notes of dried apricot and a burst of orange zest and a long finish.

Vintage Notes

This vintage started with a cold and rather humid spring - setting the season to be on of the coolest of the last 20 years in the Okanagan Valley. The Summer was average in terms of temperature and precipitation. All this translated into one of the latest harvests in record for the Okanagan valley. 

Acid: 7.03 g/L

Bottle Size: 750ml

Fermentation: Hand harvested fruit and whole cluster pressed. Fermented in aged French oak barrels for 8 months prior to final aging in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

pH: 3.4

Residual Sugar: 0.2 g/L
