Our Oldfield Series 2Bench Red is our Bordeaux style blend. Grapes for this wine come from our Tinhorn Creek Vineyards and our Diamondback Vineyard. Made from 45% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petite Verdot. It spends 18+ months in French oak followed by 18 months in bottle before release. This is a big wine with ripe fruit flavours and smooth tannins. Try it with rib steak or bison.
