- Seasonal rates, daily rates from $625 + applicable taxes.
- Bookings will only be available in 3 (Monday-Wednesday), 4 (Thursday-Sunday) and 7 day stays (Thursday check ins).
- Reservations will not work if other options are selected.
- The pool may or may not be open, pending seasonality, and is not heated. Please do not leave children unattended in the pool and surrounding area.
- Reservations will be charged in full 30 days prior to reservation and will be non-refundable.
- Base daily rates do not include the $225 cleaning fee, wine in the downstairs bar or damages to the property.
- Your email must correspond with an active club membership.
- Club member must be the attending guest and can not book for others to stay.

Policies
- Non-Smoking.
- Check in at 4:00pm or later.
- Check out at 10:00am. Additional charges for late check outs may apply.
- No pets allowed.
- Maximum 6 guests, including children and babies.
- Parties are prohibited, fines associated with unruly behavior, or excessive noise, will be the direct responsibility of the club member.
Cancellation Policy
Booking will be charged in full, 30 daysin advance of your arrival and is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservation within the 30 day period we will fully refund the total amount charged if we are able to rebook your stay. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance if there are any factors that may alter your travel plans.
