When is the Spring 2020 case coming?


Your case will be shipped by April 27th. Please check your shipping address and information to ensure it's correct. Re-directs or multiple attempts at delivery will incur additional delivery charges to your account. If you have a buzzer please include in your address.  You can login to your account and make the changes there or contact  Please note a signature is required, if you have an office address that can receive your case that often works best.


The pick up window is from May 1st to 31st.  If you are not able to pick up during that time, just send us a note and we'll arrange to ship it to you. *Please note we will not have wines onsite until May 1st for pickup.

When will credit cards be charged?

PICK UP MEMBERS will be charged for their case on April 30th.

SHIP MEMBERS will be charged between April 13th to 17th. Please ensure you have updated credit card information on file.

What does it cost to ship?

The shipping varies by province.  It is $24 per case in BC, $30 in AB/SK/MB, $40 ON, $45 QC and $50 to Maritimes.  We also have a shipping option called 46Brix - for an annual fee of $79 you enjoy free shipping for one year from any member wineries. Want to add another case (12) bottles - second case is 50% ship discount.

What happens if I don't pick up my wine?

If you are unable to pick up your wine during the pick up window of May 1st to 31st, we will ship the wines.  If we are unable to contact you and they are not picked up in a timely manner they will be donated in your name to charity.

 We do not have a secure lock up area to keep your wines and your case could include sold out wines that we are not able to guarantee you will receive after the pickup window closes.  If you find that the time frame to pick up your wine is closing, please send us a note and let us know when you can pick up and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

Can someone else pick up my wine?

Yes. Please contact the winery beforehand to let Crush Club know so that they can flag your account with the name of the person picking up your wine.  Tasting Room staff will NOT release your wine if the flag is not there.

Can I add wines to my case?

Yes!  It's the same price to ship 12 bottles as 6, you can add wines to your case under 'My Account' , click 'Club List' then 'Edit Club' and choose any additional wines to fill your case or send us a note and we can add on with wines of your choice.  For all members, any additional full cases (12 bottles) can be shipped for half price on the second case.

Deadline for add-ons is April 9th. 

Do I have to be home to sign for my case?

Yes!  When shipping wine we do require a signature.  If you are not able to be there, please add a different shipping address to your account- maybe your family or friends would help out?  Unless otherwise specified, wines are shipped via ATS, rural and Post Office box via Canada Post. Feel free to let us know your preferred carrier.  When possible, delivery to a business address ensures you'll have someone there to sign for it. How do I update my credit card or shipping address?

The easiest way is to sign onto 'My Account' on the Crush Club page.  If you don't remember your username or password, just click 'Forgot Username or Password' and the system will help you out!
