Spring Dinners 2020:

April 7 - “Super Mario” Italian cuisine of Japan

April 14 - Leitão – Portuguese suckling pig

April 21 - Northern Italian cuisine of Lombardy

April 28 - Cooking in Colour

May 5 - Halibut – dishes celebrating the opening of halibut season

May 12 - Old World/New World – the exchange of culinary ideas and ingredients from the age of exploration

May 19 - Spot Prawn Boil

This is modern wine country cuisine. Our food pays homage to the bounty of the Okanagan, using the culinary traditions of the Mediterranean as our inspiration. We believe that there’s nothing better than simply, but well-prepared ingredients from our local fields, forests and ocean.
