Harvesting our Icewine is always a team effort and this year's was no exception. Andrew Moon, our viticulturist, started calling all the Tinhorn Creek staff around 6:30am on January 12, 2012 and by 7am picking was well underway. By 8am we were all back in the winery warming up with beverages and treats.
