The Communal Table brings together locals and visitors to celebrate regional food and wine, featuring fare that is local, rustic, simple, straightforward and seasonal.  Held at Miradoro Restaurant at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards at 6:30 pm on Tuesdays from April to May and Oct to Dec.  Reservations required and available by phone or by email.  $38 per person.


April 9 – Farm to Flame Collab Dinner - Stoke Kitchen, St Catharines, ON bring fire and smoke influenced cooking to the Okanagan.

April 16 – Fermentation – Discover another level of flavour that fermentation brings to the plate.

April 23 – Umbria – Explore the flavours of the green heartland of Italy.

April 30 – Caribbean Collab Dinner – Calabash Caribbean Bistro, Vancouver brings flavours of the Caribbean to Miradoro.

May 7 – Twisted Tuesday – An irregular and entertaining night where Chef and Restaurateur switch roles.

May 14 – Plant-based – Celebrating the Spring bounty of the Okanagan.

May 21 – Foraged – A taste of nature’s larder in its purest form.

May 28 – Paella – Cooked over an open grape vine fire, loaded with flavour and always a hit.
