Miradoro Exceutive Chef Jeff Van Gueest along with three guest chefs - Campbell Kearns from Covert farms, Simon Bouchard from Liquidity Bistro,and Graeme Uhlemann from Vagabond Kitchen,each preparing their favorite version of Paella, perfectly paired with a newly released spring wine from Tinhorn Creek. Your ticket includes wine, paella pairings and music!
