Join us for an evening of exceptional food and wine as part of the Okanagan Fall Wine Festival.

Chef Jeff Van Geest invites Chef Chris Irving, former Gordon Ramsey Group Executive Chef, into the Miradoro kitchen to partner with him to create a delicious and unique multi-course dinner paired with Tinhorn Creek wines AND Cannery Brewing beers.

Sautéed Clayoquat Chanterelles on grilled focaccia

Fried chicken mortadella, lentils, mostarda di cremona

 

BC albacore tuna, lightly seared with Galiano Island fennel pollen, grilled peach, fresh corn and zucchini succotash, Meyer lemon emulsion

Tomato leaf cavatelli, charred heirloom tomato Pomodoro, buratta, opal basil

Mt. Lehman Partridge – glazed breast lightly smoked over grape vine, braised leg farro ragout dolmades, guanciale, shaved Brussel sprouts, crispy artichokes, “harvest jam” with Tinhorn’s grapes & fresh sweet marjoram
