Hospitality Event Assistant

Tinhorn Creek Vineyards in Oliver, BC is one of the Okanagan’s most innovative and environmentally sustainable estate wineries with an extensive health & safety program.

We are looking for Hospitality Event Assistants for part time term positions starting in April 2018.

The primary function of this position is to work public events both on and off site. This position encompasses all aspects of event execution including but not limited to set-up and take-down of equipment; customer service, cleaning and restocking.

Requirements of the position:

  • Customer service and sales experience an asset
  • Catering/Event experience an asset
  • Valid BC Driver’s License
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
  • Able to lift cases of wine (approx. 37lbs) repeatedly
  • Serving it Right Certificate, must be 19+ years of age
